Remembering World War I

During this week in 1917, the Second Battle of Scarpe took place, which was part of the second phase of the Second Battle of Arras. Mutinies began to occur in the French Army. We highlight the service records of Delawareans Charles Boulden, Thomas Carpenter, and Vito Viscito along with headlines from the Sunday Star newspaper.
